Catacombe di Priscilla

I discovered the place thanks to a French couple who have been coming to Rome every year for twenty years and could not recommend it more. It is a Vatican museum, and you will learn a lot about the history of Christians in Rome. I took the guided visit in French, with one of the sisters of the community that lives there. The most striking thing in it is a Virgin Mary held to be the oldest painting of her anywhere, from the third century.
